The Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB or Bank) will be holding the 2025 New Year Reception at its Headquarters on Thursday, December 12, 2024.

To facilitate your participation in this event, AIIB will collect the Personal Data specified in the registration form. This data will be shared with a third-party event management company that adheres to a standard of protection of Personal Data that is reasonably equivalent to the level of protection observed by AIIB. The event management company will ensure that any sub-processors to whom Personal Data is passed are aware of the restrictions in using such Personal Data and will only use the Personal Data for the sole purpose of providing event registration services.

AIIB will only retain the above information for so long as necessary for the specified purposes described above and in accordance with AIIB’s Policy on Personal Data Privacy (PPDP) and the Bank’s applicable records retention and disposition schedules.

You may withdraw your consent by contacting privacy@aiib.org; however, this may not affect the validity of the processing of the information you have provided prior to any consent revocation. You may also request to access, correct or delete said information by completing and submitting a request form through Data Subject's Request (aiib.org).
